    Silent-plug instrument cables? Good/Bad?

    Switchcraft is the industry standard for silent plugs. There is no better design as all others have a ring around the entire sleeve which in short order wobbles. When the switchcraft wears out after many years of touring, you will have gone through several neutrik and other designs.
