Hey, I'd like to join the club! Picked up this HB MV-4M Mustang. The old shoulders are acting up and I want to see if a short scale will make a difference. So far so good.

My SB-2 came with tort, it now has a mirror guard ...

I did get a new one from them a few months back. I went through Greg at Rocket Music and he had one drop shipped to me.

I've had this one going on two weeks and I'm very pleased. I've been wanting to try a short scale and this one fit the bill. Out of the box setup was very good and it comes in at 7.8#. Once tuned the intonation was even very close. I lowered the action after changing the strings and its even better.

The weight on mine comes in at 7.8#.

It came with tort. G&L used to sell mirror guards, but stopped. I thought the mirror would look better so I ordered one from WD Music. Here's better picture with the tort from the place I bought it from ...

Got the Mustang version in a couple days ago. Changed the strings and made a few minor adjustments; plays and sounds great! ...

Like the second option above, I have the Kliq version below on my HB TB-70 and it works great. The TB-70 is a hefty beast...
