Thank you for the reply! Truth to be told I have a preference for ebony because a friend of mine, who work wood told me it was more resistant than rosewood. Not sure if that is also true for fingerboards :) Deposit is officially sent, so the wait have begun. Really confident the experience...

Still debating on the wood choice for the fretboard, almost always played basses with fretboard made of ebony. What are your thoughts on rosewood (or ebony) for a mk2?
