I've got an SKB military case for my 4-pro, and it works pretty good. Look for one with a cubed foam interior, and make sure you have a few inches on each side to give you more padding. Then just adjust the foam to the head, and your set. At least it worked for me :)

I've got an SVT-4 Pro, and it's a really great head. I love it. However, I'm looking for a good flight case to transport it in. I'd really prefer not to permanently rack mount it, I'd just like a case that I can put it in for transport, then be able to take it out to use it for practices, gigs...
