Of all my basses, my band likes the sound of the L2000 Tribute best, even the guitards. It cuts through, without being too "in your face".

I have a mid 90's Foto Flame Precision MIJ that is among my favorites. The workmanship and "feel" of the bass are excellent as it is kind of a '62 reissue . Some don't like the finish itself but I have not heard of any that dis it in any other way.

Hipshot HB-7 are direct drop in replacements for Mexi Fenders and are much more accurate as they are 27:1 tuning ratio.
