Hey a little off topic here...but Im thinking of ditching my HeadRush gigboard- am torn between getting an HX Stomp or more likely an HX FX and using my sansamp Bass DI v2 as a bass DI (and amp sim) any recommendations?

I'm currently in an 80s cover band Playing hair-metal hits. I am using the Headrush gigboard, but find it very limiting for bass....I pretty much stick with one amp and cab and just stomp effects on and off. .thinking of upgrading to FM3.

Next gig Im adding a Frfr 1x15 Jyst for bass to take the load of the PA wedge and to give me a little oomph on stage....

We went from IEMs to using wedges QSC K10's and it is workable, played about 10 gigs this way but starting to find the bass is distinguishable, but not exciting-depending on the venue sound. Considering adding a Sub just for me? and rolling off the bass to the floor wedge monitor.

Got my gigboard late in 2019 - not having luck getting classic grit on my SVT settings I mostly use it for my 80's hair band, anyone have a screenshot of a good split setup? that they would share? I even purchased the O'heimer IR pack for speaker emulation. Got closer...but.....

well....i got the HX stomp....but never made it to the audio! Display way too small to be useable and not very intuitive...bought a Headrush Gigboard.....more to come.......

HX stomp has a tiny little display....a dealbreaker for my old eyes-like 1"x2" Headrush is 4" x 6" and great color as well! I took the HX Stomp back asap.... but that's just me.....more after next gig with Headrush

Well...I got my Headrush Gigboard Monday....I had purchased the Line6 HX Stomp first from GC, but the display was TINY ...like 1" x 2" and I am too old to see that! Also def not very intuitive to setup. With the gigboard it is like using an iPad and the setup is fairly intuitive to get started...

Have you had any experience with this unit compared to the Headrush Gigboard? I sure like the user interface on the Headrush (big display) but I fear it lacks enough bass specific sounds

Hey our guitar player just got the bigger unit....and he Loves it...no amp on stage and one cable to connect! Sounds great through the wedges too....haven't tried any effects yet on bass (thats me) but soon.
