I think i just fried the pedal, i usually use batteries because i dont have any AC adapters, one of my bandmates sugested i use one of his extra adapter's claiming it worked fine on all of his pedals. I went against my gut feeling with the little information i know about powering effect pedals...

Im gonna be recording in a few weeks and i need some tips.. I know the GK 1001-RBII has some sort of direct out, is this at all similar to a DI BOX? or am i completely off with this? Have any of you guys recorded with this amp? Would it be possible to record using this direct out as well...

I think the problem was mostly with the case, if i ever do buy another i dont think it will create such a big problem having sanded down the ears a bit, if anything its smaller than a centimeter but it wouldnt of fit in the case otherwise..

So i went ahead and got a 2 space SKB Xmolded case for my GK 1001-RB II. Took the rack ears off only to find out the thing didnt even fit on the rails. It was off by almost less than a centimeter on the width, i debated about whether i should of returned it and gotten a bigger case but i figured...

So... some updates... Ended up getting the GK-1001 RB mark II head, new. Have my heart set right now on the Avatar B410 Neo. Just a quick question, should i get 4 or 8 Ohms? and how do i make this decision?
