On my gary willis fretless from ibanez it came with 60 135 labellas TAPE wound.....i had never touched them till then...and now i just replaced them after 6 months since ive owned the instrument... if i can say honestly i was never into labellas as just plain bass strings...i tend to like DR...

I have the pax in my PJ....BCQ pre in the mail..... but I love the pax..nice fat tight sound...I wont play anything but EMGs....

with comments like these its kind of sad to say anything because its of the shoot down kind. I have a 29 year old peavey thro body PJ....its got active PAX and JVX by EMG in it.....I wont say its better because on this site that would be funny.... but for me its better I never liked the neck...

I just called EBMM because i had lost a screw in my stingray (dont ask because ive no clue either) and they sent me one for free...i dont know why some people hate them so..ive had EBMM bass's for many moons and they are good to me...they better be, because unlike fender, they dont have anything...
