My 2007 Fender (MIM) Standard Precision Bass. It's a lovely bass even though it's "just" a cheap Mexican P-bass. Can I get a number? :) Link Removed

It definitely depends on the bass, I'm playing. When playing my Rickenbacker 4003, I usually strum between the neck-PU and the neck to get both presence and bass. On my Precision bass I strum almost above the pick-up to get the special mid-tone from a P-bass.
