mine has 2 fans installed on the back grill. it was like that when i got it. as far as i remember. they are just computer fans tapped into the factory fan's power. if you open the bottom side, youll be able to eye out the factory fan's wires...

id get it, but shipping is expensive, and your further away than 2 hours...probably be able to find this local for the same price...

sounds to me like whatever plug-in hes using is a tube head plug-in. with a high gain setting.
