Sounds like a connection issue with the pre-amp, make sure it appears that all the necessary wires are attached, and change your battery again for the hell of it

i ended up finding one more, so I am missing one, I emailed Gibson/Epiphone customer service, and they only provide parts for instruments that are under a year old and under warranty, no help to me here :( anybody got any ideas?

fourstringburn: thanks a lot man It seriously has surpassed my every expectation. I used to run 2 ampeg cabs a 410 and a 115, and this is much louder, cleaner, and the sound is more crisp! I am absolutely blown away with this cab!
