    [Minneapolis/MN Thread] Midwestern Comradarie

I'll be bringing my ibanez and crate practice amp. 99.9999999999% sure it won't leave the car, but I'll bring it anyway. I'd love to bring my cab and tube amp, but I make the great decision to bury them deep in the storage closet, and I don't play enough to dig them out. Can't wait to meet with...

    [Minneapolis/MN Thread] Midwestern Comradarie

I changed jobs, so that means I'm 100% in! I used to work this 4 day on/4 day off 12 hour shift crap, and my shift was going to go right through the weekend of CarCraft and the GTG, so, thankfully everything is in the clear now! I can show up, see what real bass players look like, then drive...

How do you get into voiceover work?

Take a lot of drugs, lose your job, become homeless, then end up like this guy. Then you can blow your redemption and relapse back into the smack.

    New or old Ibanez?

My first was an SR800 I found cheap in a pawn shop. It was in fantastic condition, my tech friend was amazed that I was able to get it for $300. I sold it a few years later. Wish I'd never done that.

Violent femmes- Sweet world of angels tab

I love the femmes. Can't help you on the Tabs though. Let me rephrase my first comment, I love their first album. Nothing they've done since '83 has held a candle to that awesome album. But that's the curse you have when you start with an epic CD. Just look at Bush with Sixteen Stone and Guns...

Who are the modern Rock Bassists today that I should listened to? !

I've always been a fan of P-Nut from 311. He can get down heavy, then play a poppy love song, the some slap funk, then a deep groovy R&B. Dood's got chops, but playing and touring for 20 years will do that for you.
