I got a acoustic b810 cab and b600H head to match soooo loud, amazing lows, great clarity! And the head has so many nice controls! I love it!

My MIM jazz, popped some hybrid slinkys and sjb-3s on the left, and my dean acoustic on the right, nothing special bout that one, just convenient to carry around when there is no amp but probably gonna restring it with more hybrids cuz I really dont like the stock strings...

O and the geddy neck is amazing! I dont have it but its sick!

Try sjb-3s and ernie ball hybrids thats my setup and it creates a super bass! Increased the funk level and has more lows while maintaining the highs the jazz already has!

and i love 90s rock and some jazz-sounding classic rock

im looking for some pickups with good tone with slapping (im slap happy xD) and i also love to play punk rock (blink 182 and rise against are my 2 favorites) any suggestions on good pickups? im using a standard jazz bass (MIM) with the stock pups, im looking at the dimarzios but by the looks of...

this is a really nice bass, like what the guy up there did ^ he put quarter pounders on his bass, those make a big difference, if you know the bassist for rise against he uses this bass live with quarter pounder pickups as well, i want those pickups BAD

i would suggest going to a store in america, here they are only $800 for a jazz and 750 for a precision, i love them both but im PROBABLY getting a jazz, but ed friedland from bassguitar mag told me for my style (rock, punk, classic rock) to get a p bass and maybe switch it up with some QP's...

roundwounds ftw but flatwounds if you wanna sexy jazz sound :)
