thats really pricey and lots of hard work, plus ive got a great transparent black finish and the pro4 has a cool through neck with 7 layers of wood you can see through the paint, just don't like the poly shine..

Thats weird, but i like it! Im going to put bigsby b5 tremolo on it, and some thunderbuckers. Then at a later stage ill put big chrome clover tuners and drop d extender, lots of chrome, lots of gadgets. Also going to bash it up a bit and age the finish

thanx redneck, that was easier than i thought.. except mine starts with a number a not a letter, but wiki explains that and mine is made in china.. Not exactly a collectors piece is it? I still intend to keep it forever though as its my first real bass, going to do some serious upgrades aswell

I just use a really thick padded leather strap and that stopped the neck dive 90% my strap pin is were the body and neck join, came stock like that
