Update again, It turns out the piece between the top (where the rosin is held) And the bottom (tip of the bow) Was just a piece of cardboard with fabric top and bottom,and I pushed out. The bow now fits, and I can probably reglue the card board slightly higher,so that I can still store rosin...

*update* the pedi tube came in today, and is a beautiful case, but is still too short for the bow. I considered cutting a hole in the fabric top of the case to allow the tip to go through, but dont know that it will even help. Cutting a hole through the top would render the rosin holder useless...
