    SKB iSeries vs. Gator GTSA-GTRBASS

It's a good thought but I may not need two basses on every gig.

    SKB iSeries vs. Gator GTSA-GTRBASS

The Titan is actually $180 more than the SKB.

    SKB iSeries vs. Gator GTSA-GTRBASS

I need a second flight case. I have an older Hiscox but don't want to go with another one because I want the more modern trigger-release latches with TSA locks. It has performed extremely well but I feel the need to tape the buckle latches for every flight. Someone tell me I'm an idiot for even...

Combo that can keep up with MB D-800/Berg REF210?

Curious about the Magellan 350 Combo but apparently there's no dealer in Toronto, which seems odd.

Definitely want to hear this little hybrid! I wasn't aware they were making it. Pricing seems quite reasonable as well.

I'm sure I have some sort of bad attitude about Rumbles because I see them as somehow not for pros. Which is obviously not logical. I've heard the smaller ones and they sound quite nice. I'll have to give them a look.

Combo that can keep up with MB D-800/Berg REF210?

Not at all, it's a fair question. I need a certain bare minimum of stuff on a gig, like spare cables, my little repair kit, and a few other things. I can fill the pockets of my gig bag with all that but there won't be room for a small head. I'd love to have just two pieces - gig bag and amp.

Combo that can keep up with MB D-800/Berg REF210?

Just in case anyone is wondering or finds this thread. The NF 201V 800 does not appear when you search 'combos' at the GR site but it is there, scroll all the way down the page for the AT210 V page and you'll see it. GR support responded quickly. Now I'll as them about the difference between...

Combo that can keep up with MB D-800/Berg REF210?

My comment re: their perceived value was in response to @gtirard's suggestion that they don't see value in it because the market is too small. In truth I have no idea why they don't make more combos but lack of demand is a decent guess. I suspect that Berg/MB aren't interested in 'price point'...

Combo that can keep up with MB D-800/Berg REF210?

Appreciate you putting that together, it's helpful. Re: keeping up, it's weird, I am always getting told to turn up when gigging. I mean, I don't push the D-800/REF210 rig to its limits very often. The calculated SPL numbers for the GR cabs is instructive. I'm definitely going up to their AD...

Combo that can keep up with MB D-800/Berg REF210?

This is something I will seriously consider. I think I've developed some preconceptions about cabs. For example I tried a few of the Berg Neo cabs several years ago, but learned that they were built with different (lighter) woods and for whatever reason I felt like I wasn't getting the type of...

Combo that can keep up with MB D-800/Berg REF210?

I'll look into it. I can't seem to find that combo on the GR website under 'combos' but I see it via Google search and the AI tells me it's not discontinued. I sent them an email. https://www.grbass.com/combos/

Amazing array there. The CMD 102P V seems to be sufficiently powered. I'll look into it.

Combo that can keep up with MB D-800/Berg REF210?

It's too bad about MB or Berg not seeing the value in producing high-end combos but I get it. I'm currently reading about the vibration issues with the GR cabs and it's helpful to know that you experienced something similar. I'll go up to the AD when work slows down. I would need to really play...

Hadn't even heard of them. Only one AD in my area, I'll give them a call. Thanks.
