Definitely not perfect. Some blemishes here and there. I believe she came missing the couple screws and it never bothered me enough to find replacements.

I can tell you that it is (allegedly) an active 4 string with a dark sunburst finish. The things that are throwing me off are a one-piece truss rod cover (not "quick access"), no just-a-nut, and an electronics/battery cover that is held in by screws instead of the clip-in.

But why not? Do they rip you off? I've never dealt with them except to buy the Behringer and a cord or two, so I don't have extensive experience with them, but they seemed nice enough.

I see on their website that they are offering 15% off the price tag when you trade in your gear towards store credit for the purchase. Is this just another crappy deal by GC or worth trading in a Peavey Fury IV and Behringer 45 watt for a real amp?

This actually makes a lot of sense to me and I think that might be the problem. Should I raise my action a little as well as being more careful not to hit the string into the higher frets?

So I've been playing a while now, and lately I've been having trouble not playing a harmonic note when I try to mute a string or just playing a moderately fast line. I'm not quite sure how to explain it but when I pull on the string it hits a harmonic pretty much no matter where I'm playing at...

I guess you could call it that... I play one and it is super comfortable in my hands, although I guess have kinda big and wide hands : / You might try to find a local store with a Rockbass in it to try it out to see if the neck is too bulky for you?
