Show Me Your Bypass Loopers... Please?

Don't have a picture handy, but I use a Disaster area DPC-8. I have 8 pedals, so it works perfectly for me. The big thing for me is the presets. Being able to set a preset of, say, 4 pedals and jump to it is a must-have for my rig. Before that, I used a Nose 3-channel looper. I liked it just...

Just for fun - your single-brand pedalboard?

I'm normally a boutique guy, but EHX has been killing it lately. I think I'd go with an EHX board- POG, Bass Soul Food, Memory Man, Cathedral, maybe a B9/C9, etc.

How to get velcro to stick?

Industrial velcro and you're all set. I've never had the velcro come off of a single pedal before. The only drawback is if you're trying to remove the velcro, that's not going to be too fun—but nothing a razor blade can't handle.

    Diamond BCP-1 questions...

If that's what you're wanting, the Diamond is the comp you need. It's perfect for that. I'd try it at 9v; if you think you need 18, you can always figure something out later. if you've got the extra spot on your volto, 18v cables are super cheap.

    Diamond BCP-1 questions...

I've used one for several years now, and haven't had it mess with the attack at all. As for powering, you could use just the volto. I'm assuming you're wanting the charge pump for 18v, but that may be unnecessary depending on the rest of your rig. I ran mine at 18v when I first got it, but...

Diamond BCP 1 at 9 Volts?

I run mine at 9v. When I first got it a few years ago, I ran it at 18v, then ended up needing the extra spot on my power supply. I have had 0 issues at 9v and it sounds the same. I play passive basses, though, so a high-output active bass might give it trouble. Still, you won't hurt the pedal...

    Bluesky or Nimbus?

I love reverb tones and have used a ton of verbs, including both of these. The Nimbus is still on (and will probably never be removed from) my board. Room size is a killer function. The filter is the unsung hero: it makes reverb on bass more viable than on any other pedal I've used. No, it...
