when I plug in power its the same I get no signal when the pedal is turned on, only when its turned off does signal pass thru did something inside the pedal get disconnected?

even with the power plug unplugged, when bypass signal passes thru but when engages, signal cuts out?

My UA makes no sound when pedal is turned on, the tube LED turns on but I get no sound, but when bypassed, I get sound. Any idea?

I just received my 12AU7 tube. How do I get the old tube out? I'm trying to pull it out but it's pretty tight on there. I dont see any glue or anything around the base. Should I just continue to use more force?

Will these tubes fit in the UA? I’m looking for a tube that stays clean. The tube in it now distorts to early.

My UA sounds really mid scooped, is that normal? Also, there is a volume drop when engaged, I have to turn the master all the way up and the gain up pretty high to get unity level, b ut with the gain up so high it gets into OD territory, which I dont want all the time. Anyone else experience this?
