Correct me if I am wrong but IMO playing it in 12 keys makes you think of the notes rather than the exact pitch. The position of the next note(scale degree) in relation to the tonic or the sorrounding notes, if that makes sense.

I’m on package 1 lesson 20 now. I know playing the etudes in all 12 keys is beneficial but when do you start doing this? Package 2?

Yeah I just wanted some added boost. Maybe versatility? I don't know haha. Coz I see most are using preamp and I thought it's the norm. Really I don't get the point of using preamp when you have sucha nice sounding amp.

I did try it once with my sl112 and DI out to the mixing board. That was almost a year ago. I'll try to bring it to tech to check if DI out is working. Thanks for the replies

i brought my TH 350 in my church gig because i dont like the combo amp they have there. I tried to go straight to the mixer but I can't produce a sound... I wonder what's wrong? I did use the DI out in front. Help please...thanks!

i wanted to change the current preamp in my Atelier Z which is bartolini xtct to sadowsky. Anyone has experience changing their existing pre by themselves? Is it doable? I don't have any experience soldering Since it is pre wired do i still have to solder anything? Pickup connections? Please help
