I'm confused? However the knobs work after 5 on the tt800 Much more than the 400+ . Still trying to get the clank and the warm love at the same time of my 400+ out of the subways.

Cool, I have mesa heads and a GK cab with mesa speaker.

I pre ordered a d5 from sweetwater. Haven't heard anything about them getting any yet.

I had a shotgun out to the gunsmith and fed ex couldn't be bothered with the 10 steps to get a signature and just tossed it up onto my porch. It landed so hard my neighbor ran out to see what the noise was and called me to tell me I had a package.

Just did the opposite and went back to wd for a show. Loving it. So many good sounds to be had with these amps!

Had similar experience with diamond. Apparently jack is slightly different. Had to get factory diamond wall wart.

I like the options although I usually forget about the plugs. I'll usually have the mids switch down for acoustic stuff but love the option to flip it up when things get cooking. When I know it will be a loud show all switches up

As far as compressor talk goes I've found the diamond didn't do what I want with audiokenisis speakers but was ok with mesa. I found the jhs orange comp played well with d800 It has an overdrive circuit in it as well that when set at minimal setting was nice. 400+, wd and tt I prefer with no...

I really appreciate the low level options with the subway amps. Most practices are un amplified acoustic guitar and fiddle with me plugged in. Only down side is I have to remember to turn the darn knobs when playing full volume at shows. Love these amps.

When running 8 ohm @2ohm setting it cuts the watts to 300. The result adds in a perceived tube sag. If that's the right word. Hopefully one of the more knowledgeable folks on here can explain it.
