    Do you play another instrument besides bass?

    My main thing aside from bass is Irish Tenor Banjo which is a really fun instrument. It is also tuned like an upside down bass guitar which only adds to the fun!

    Fender Jazz - 22 Fret neck?

    Yes - I have been told the Fretboard would need to be pulled off and a new truss rod added. Not many places seem to provide that service or even attempt it from the feedback I have received.

    I bought one of those Fender FSR Jazz basses a few months ago. Really impressed with it. It has become my main gig bass over my American Jazz. Really a fine bass as it is. I bought it with the thoughts of upgrading the pickups etc. - No need.
