not sure if this is the right section but my band just recorded a song and its up on our myspace Link Removed its just a demo track so its not perfect we just wanted to give people an idea of what we sound like give it a listen... all criticism is welcome

so i got a set of d'addario .045-.130 stings for a 5 string bass for christmas... well when i asked for them i was planning on buying an Ibanez SR505 (5 string)... turns out i wasnt able to buy the bass... so i have my 4 string first question: is it the same if i use the e-g strings and leave...

amen... except i wont sell my warlock... any of my other 2 basses i will gladly sell ;)

responses in order: :crying: originals are super important but you gotta let them know that you are a good band by covering songs they know and doing them well.. in my experience nothing says "were an awesome band" like playing covers almost if not perfect. YOU TURNED DOWN A HOT...

well i found a better deal on the backline so ill just stick with that.. if those negative reviews are true it should work out better

thanks for all the replies.. mixed results.. this particular amp has a 30 day warranty so i think ill get it and test it for a couple weeks.. if i dont like it ill trade it back for maybe the backline 600 or a peavey tour 450

im looking at buying this head. I play through a GK 410BLX right now.. any opinions? should i go with it or should i hold on a bit and look for a better head... if so what would be a better head to go with.. i play metal btw
