25" scale micro basses anyone?

The problem for me is that when you posted pics of your bass, I said to myself, "if only it had some nice body rounding, I would be tempted to buy one." Now I find that a rounded over body is available, for only a little money, and I'm forced to confront a dilemma.
:roflmao:
As I was playing it today, just to be precise and help you on... the downside, the body of my Rocktile (and I assume the Glarry as well) has the body and arm contours and therefore it is very comfortable to play.

I know someone who has a GB Corsair, and is less than in love with the instrument. Seems it has a rather chunky neck for such a small instrument.
:cautious:
Well, the neck has to be related more to the hand of the player than to the body of the bass, I guess. In any case, I never minded a chunky neck, personally; even if I have small hands. I just love my five string basses and in specific my Warwick "baseball bat" Thumb V. In any case, judging from the pictures only, I don't see anything excessive or weird, on the Corsair mini bass... its neck dimensions are similar to my Rocktile and more dictated by the nut, bridge and pickup strings spacings; but to each his own... :)

I have a similar view. While I have very small hands, I do like some chunk. :)

When necks and fingerboards are too small, I feel like I am falling off of them - especially on the G string.

I think that only guitar and bass players are so "delicate" and picky about the sizes of the neck, string spacing etc. I've never heard a trombone player complaining about the length of the coulisse or a piano player requiring a lefty keyboard... Ok, ok: that was only for fun... :)
