    Intonation issue

    Have a warwick thumb NT. Whenever I play chords from the 1st to the 12th fret everything is in tune, but whenever I play from the 12th fret and beyond it is all at of whack. I checked the into intonation and it appears to be checking spot on. Anybody know what could be causing this
