Are you sure it's the same one? The one I'm referring to is located in the Arlington Heights gc. It seemed to be in good shape. They have it rated on their website as a five star condition if that means anything to you. You can always call them and ask for more details.

The bass seems pretty mint. Like it's not warn at all. I am interested, but I'm gonna have to scrounge up some cash first or wait for my tax refund which should hopefully be here in the next week or so. If I do end up buying it, I'll definitely want it set back to standard.

I don't know anything about vintage instruments, but if nothing is original expect for the body (not even the paint or poly), then it can't be considered a 60's Fender.

I've played through a Bugera V22 out to a Hartke 112 aluminum speaker cab for v the hell of it. I didn't care much for the sound.
