I need to get back to flats I always liked how they felt but I haven't had them on a bass in years.

I've heard some critiques of the stock tone pots that Sire has rolled out. I haven't played this enough yet to really formulate an opinion on whether or not it's limited but it seems to be fine so far.

Snagged this beauty from Sweetwater last week and finally got my hands on it. Plays like a dream and has a great tone! However, I had to clean the tone pot with some contact cleaner as it was super scratchy sounding when I adjusted it while playing a note. Now it's just about dead quiet. :hyper:

It is quite the experience down in the Inlet. Dead Dog Saloon is where all this went down, which is surprising because it's more of a family bar/restaurant instead of a straight up dive.
