Picked up Yesterday! Would like to be added to this infamous club. Late to the party like many of you. Bought from another local bass enthusiast and he gave me what I thought was a good price at $360.

Did you ever sell yours. I have the exact same model and considering selling its a hard choice but I just don't play it like I used to or five strings often. I did a pup swap in mine. Put real Bartolini pups in. Sounds amazing. It came with a messed up neck pick up with a dead spot so I replaced...

Personally for the playing I do and often only having one bass available for a set I would lean toward 4 band EQ I have been debating the John East or the Audere. I don't have to have the miller sound exactly so that's where I am curious to go lighter on the wallet with audere. Just wondering...

So what was the end result here? I am wanting to upgrade my MM as well.

Would love to know how the John East sounds. Been considering one for mine or a different preamp. I don't really like the stock options

I'm also curious on the milestone bass. We're the first ones in the 80s made in the states? I saw one recently on Facebook for under $100

So I am going to resurrect this post again..... lowbrow... what pick ups, bridge, and strings did you incorporate and for what sound? I have one of these rumor basses my dad gave me when I was in high school and I'm thinking I would like to dig it out and put it back to use.
