#1 on your charts @ 13?

The two albums I listened to constantly at 13:

Mighty Mighty Bosstones - Let's Face It
MxPx - The Ever Passing Moment

Mike Herrera from MxPx inspired me to play bass, and the first rock show I ever saw was the Bosstones. Cool/interesting tidbit about that show: one of the opening bands was Simple Plan, who was completely and utterly unknown at the time. I'm not exaggerating when I say that the theater was basically silent when they were introduced. Then their debut album came out two weeks later, and they exploded.

Abbey Road,

Led Zeppelin I and II

and Appetite for Destruction.

I got cassettes of each of them at the beginning of summer, and had worn them all out by the end. Well, I think by the end of the summer the tape player I had had become hungry and just plain eaten Abbey Road and Zeppelin I badly enough that I coudnt do the pencil trick to get the tape rewound on to the spool anymore.
