I probably should have started distressing the jeans sooner, but yeah, I should start on that. I was wearing flip flops, though you can't see that in the pic. Also, my ears were covered by all that hair.

We also tested the wireless/amp in my hubby's back pack, which seemed to work. I removed the antenna from the receiver and replaced it with a wire for easier mobility, and reduce "poking" hazards.

We're still working on his nose, and we didn't apply all the skin color to either of us. We'll wait until the Comicon for that.

One thing to consider is that they most likely would not kick a Darth Vadar out that had breathing sound effects, or even a low volume Imperial March coming from their costume...you are most likely fine.

And in related news, the Nady wireless system arrived today. I hooked it up real quick and it seems to work. I'll have to spend a little time with it to dial it in. It seems to add a little gain to the signal.
