I'm amazed at the diversity of the entries, and everyone is a Winner of a different description and intent for <$100.
The innovation and resourcefulness of all the builds is truly inspiring.
After much back-n-forth indecision, (not because I thought any one was 'better' or 'most' for the $$), I finally voted for Micheal's Nucifera (The Violent Squirrel) because of the simple effective design, clean/balanced lines, and it appeals to what I'd rather want to play.
Josiah's Single-cut Fretless 5 - Cedar and Rosewood would've been the second (very close) choice because of the design, looks, best use of avail mat'ls, execution, and quality of appearance for what could be built for <$100. Really well done.
Since all the builds are built to different criteria and for different purpose, they IMO cannot be judged by the same standards, so all entries are Winners in their own category.

Yup - everyone is a winner here - for sure and for certain - as mentioned many times above. It's hard to believe that you all made such nice instruments with such a modest investment. Of course, the time investment is anything but modest and the results speak for themselves.

Kudos to all for a contest well-done!

I think the winners are the ones that learned something from this exercise. I am blown away at the innovation and imagination. I have learned so much and I hope to contribute in the future.

I am inspired by the work that you all have put forth. I'd not be finishing my first build without you.

Y'all pretty much rock.

Thank you.
