My dad always put it on eggs and chicken.
I only use Tabasco when the diner I'm dining at doesn't have any other hot sauce.

Frank's and Texas Pete and even Goya aren't bad. Tabasco is just hot.

Not to be confused with Jalapeno sauces! I put that on Tacos and Nachos!

Mexican - Cholula, Tapatio or the Tobasco Chipotle (which is deeee-lish)

Fried fish - Tobasco

Sushi and other Asian - Siracha

Eggs - Tobasco or Cholula

Mac & cheese - Frank's Red Hot

And even though it's not a hot sauce, the Rendezvous Hot barbecue sauce out of Memphis will change your life.

Try Crystal some time for the Tabasco stuff and Frank's Red Hot stuff

I did that to myself in high school. It got to a point where I was keeping my own big bottle in my locker, modifying the tips so it would just pour out and I'd get a nice layer of Tabasco on top of the cheese.

Franks or Texas Pete are the best, Tabasco is wack. Chipotle Tabasco is amazing though. Don’t really mess with Cholula or Tapatio.

The trick is using the right sized shim. My technique is to steam the label off a bottle of Tapatio, fold it thrice and shim with that.
