Yep, they sell Crystal in PAthose are both LA sauces. Frank's RedHot for my old system. Do they sell Crystal in PA? I've definitely never seen it up here.
Yum!Crystal for me. I suppose it could be called "Louisiana ketchup"!
Try Crystal some time for the Tabasco stuff and Frank's Red Hot stuffChoosing a hot sauce depends on the food I'm putting it on.
Mexican - Cholula, Tapatio or the Tobasco Chipotle (which is deeee-lish)
Fried fish - Tobasco
Sushi and other Asian - Siracha
Eggs - Tobasco or Cholula
Mac & cheese - Frank's Red Hot
And even though it's not a hot sauce, the Rendezvous Hot barbecue sauce out of Memphis will change your life.
Try Sriracha on pizza, love it! Tabasco on pizza good too. It’s to the point if I don’t have one of those on hand, I don’t want pizzaChoosing a hot sauce depends on the food I'm putting it on.

I did that to myself in high school. It got to a point where I was keeping my own big bottle in my locker, modifying the tips so it would just pour out and I'd get a nice layer of Tabasco on top of the cheese.Tabasco on pizza good too. I think a shim is in order.
Won't that cause a ski jump?
{ducking for safety}

The trick is using the right sized shim. My technique is to steam the label off a bottle of Tapatio, fold it thrice and shim with that.
Perfection - and the tone!
