I put that crap on everything. I'm still experimenting with the BW3 sauces... I haven't found one yet that doesn't set my pants on fire.

Try Tapatio Spidey... it's not really tobasco sauce, but in that same vein of spicy... if you like that kind of zing, you'll probably dig it.

Choosing a hot sauce depends on the food I'm putting it on.

Mexican - Cholula, Tapatio or the Tobasco Chipotle (which is deeee-lish)

Fried fish - Tobasco

Sushi and other Asian - Siracha

Eggs - Tobasco or Cholula

Mac & cheese - Frank's Red Hot

And even though it's not a hot sauce, the Rendezvous Hot barbecue sauce out of Memphis will change your life.
Kinda like putting strings on a certain kinda bass....
