I like potatoes with hot sauce... but only in Tuesdays, in the winter time.
Tabasco or Crystal?
those are both LA sauces. Frank's RedHot for my old system. Do they sell Crystal in PA? I've definitely never seen it up here.

I put that crap on everything. I'm still experimenting with the BW3 sauces... I haven't found one yet that doesn't set my pants on fire.
I think a shim is in order.
Choosing a hot sauce depends on the food I'm putting it on.
Mexican - Cholula, Tapatio or the Tobasco Chipotle (which is deeee-lish)
Fried fish - Tobasco
Sushi and other Asian - Siracha
Eggs - Tobasco or Cholula
Mac & cheese - Frank's Red Hot
And even though it's not a hot sauce, the Rendezvous Hot barbecue sauce out of Memphis will change your life.
A shim fixes everything from bad action to a wobbly table!
Crystal for me. I suppose it could be called "Louisiana ketchup"!
