You need the proper language files for windows (if you use it), usually you will be asked to install them from the CD.

If you're using Windows, you have to install Asian language support first, if you're using 2k or XP this can be done using the language settings dialogue box in the control panel.

I can speak/read mandarin, but it's muy tough trying to translate it all. "Musicman" and "Fender" would come out really odd if translated to actual meaning. Not to mention Ernie Ball

That wasn't the point, it was that TB is highly english based. Almost all people that come here use english as their language to speak. I'm willing to bet that atleast 60% of TB is non-english based but they still use it to communicate with us. What I'm getting at is that, it would be nice to have all (*language*) speakers to have a thread where anyone that knows that language could reply. Otherwise tb may start to be flooded with many more languages then most can read, it's just an idea though :/.

Cheche
and Chui
okay, so the spelling might make it confusing, but mandarin speakers should understand.

I don't know how to read or write, obviously.
