beauty! played one of those back in the day at the store. loved the tone...but i could never deal with the long reach so i passed. you have to have long arms and no gut, as evidenced above. i'm the opposite

Jimmy, you just have to have an arm to gut ratio of at least 3:1, so if you're built like a sliverback gorilla like me, you're fine.

so what if it is another, rare expensive color? the natural one seems the most.... blah.. and they are always the ones to turn up. god forbid an ebony one shows up for the people that want them the most.

Yeah, I had to look past all the 'bling' on the bass! I do not plan on selling this bass but keeping it. So I am still leaning on having it resurfaced :/
