1977 Fender Jazz Bass Neck Authenticity Check

Hi Everyone,

Does this neck look to be authentic to you?

I notice that the string tree is over the "Fender" logo more than I've ever seen before.

Any feedback would be great.

Thanks. What does "phased out" mean in the context you are using it? Do you mean "the gradual consumption of existing part stock was being used up and this part would soon be supplanted by the next generation of tuner"?

Or are you saying something else?
