1980's Duff Mckagan jazz spiecial

I have recently acquired a 1980's Duff Mckagan Jazz spiecial. The bass had been modified by way of the input Jack being moved to the top surface of the bass. So it had 5 holes rather than 4. Being a thrifty old car painter I filled the hole and refinished the bass it came out beautiful. I am considering installing a pickgaurd on the bass but I cannot seem to find one to cover all 4 holes. Can anybody help me with this.

Based on the Pearl White instrument McKagan has played since the first GNR album, the Duff McKagan Signature model is a distinctive, sleek and full-sounding reissue of the '80s-era Jazz Bass® Special, which combined a Precision Bass body with a Jazz Bass neck and pickups from both instruments.
