Just a friendly reminder:
The gap between today and 1992 is equal to the gap between 1962 and 1992.
I posted something similar in the other time machine thread, but wow. I still immediately think "the 90s? oh, so 10 years ago?" before I correct myself mentally.

Yeah it’s a slap in the face when i come to that realization every other day.
That's a typical Ibanez thing. Thin for neck profile. I'd like to try a btb though because I hear they can have some thickness in the neck. I love the look of Ibanez and I respect the build quality but having such a thin neck is a problem for me. I like to feel some mass when I'm holding the neck. This is going to be interesting though I have a 5 string gsr getting delivered soon and I'll see what happens. I'm either going to fix it and keep it or fix it and sell it. Never owned Ibanez before but I just hope the neck is a little thicker than the other Sr basses I've played with.
