2009 NYC GTG Afterparty (pics/vids)

and onto the pictures. i've got a LOT...so i broke them up into 3 categories.
1. the people and the event in general
2. the gear and basses
3. the drunken mayhem photos (rest your nerves, these are mostly me being drunk towards the end of the event trying to take pictures of some of the basses i hadn't already snapped - as noted, i had to cut out shortly after 6pm, so i missed a good 5 hours of bar time...but we've got the mets game tomorrow!!!

Sad that I missed this - I'll be in NYC 8/19-8/23, staying in Midtown. Plan to visit Sadowsky, possibly Fodera, Rudy's, etc... If anyone knows of any good shows goin' down during that time and is up for a hang, let me know! It's always good to meet fellow TB'ers.

Nino, do you have a shop yet? I'm still playing #046 and may try to bring it with me to be reunited with it's maker. Completely amazing bass. I've considered selling it and just can't do it.

Carter James is a #1 reason for ANY absense. Both of my boys were born 1 mo.+ and I know that can be tough on all. I hope you and your wife enjoy every second Pete.

IF you can ever drag yourself away from them to fish, talk etc. PM me. I'm down at the Freeport Tuna Club.

i've got a TON more pix to post...just need to find the time.

also, had a blast at the Mets game last night with some of the hardcores. it was good to see you all again and get in a few more beers while the international folks were still in town (and the locals too - chronicle).

there were definitely some notable absentees at the game - crusader...what happened?
