I predict the winner of tonights game wins the cup!!
Great game Friday only I wish it was a different outcome. To me LA/CHI is like SF vs Seattle last year Super Bowl--this round mo-better than the finals albeit you can't beat the glory of winning the Stanley Cup.

Three reasons I prefer a NYR - Chicago match up:
1) I really don't want to have the Rangers subjected to cross-country flights. They have the advantage of being rested. Don't need travel and jet lag neutralizing that.
2) Don't know if it would be the case, but I don't need late starting games keeping me up past midnight.
3) Original 6 finals...nuff said.

I think they know about hockey as much as anywhere else. It wouldn't make a difference if it were San Jose, Anaheim, Vancouver, or Phoenix. I just don't like late game starts.
Hey man: a lot of West Coast people know hockey as well as East Coast people do too. Don't generalize. I'm pretty damn sure the EC have a few of ignorant "hockey fans" as well.
The most ignorant fan base is in Vancouver. No one gave a lick about them until 2010-2011 and even after that, people stopped caring.

I am but if the Hawks keep up this pressure and play the way they're doing, they'll win. No bandwagoning off: just saying the most likely to happen reality.
Unless they completely step up their game, dem Kings. This game is actually giving me a headache and so much stress I had to listen to the radio...can't bear the nervousness.
Well bummer, but that was a fun game to watch. It was impressive to see the Kings keep coming back.

I'm disappointed the Hawks lost but I don't think it's possible to say the Kings didn't earn their victory in this series.

If the Blackhawks won, I would be rooting for the Rangers all the way. But the Kings have a lot of ex-Flyers on their team. And I grew up a Flyers fan (South Jersey, ten minutes outside Philly) And since the Avs are out... GO KINGS.
