Nowadays 410hlf's are made in China

Along with about 90% of everything else.

The 410HLF I owned was a MIV and it sounded and held up great in the year or so I owned it. I bought it along with an SVT CL that I think was also a MIV sounded great together. Sadly I got laid off and had to sell them both :( Now I could afford to replace them but my back won't let me lug those beasts around anymore.

OK, so what do you think of this setup instead of the reverse?

Have to stop doing the reverse because of the top bowing under weight. So tonight I found this old pack of amp feet I ordered and promptly lost, and I stuck them on top of the cab and set the amp on top. Yeah, it's a little precarious, but not extra-ordinarily so. And I don't do gigs where there's slam dancing and stage diving anyway. I like the looks of the reverse better, but the T formation is growing on me. Buffy's indifferent.

No it's wood. Probably a thinner cut than usual. I'd rather they skimp on wood to bring it down to 41 lbs than transformers, though ;)

A buddy of mine on Facebook just bummed me out about the look, though. Said it was out of sync. But floor space issues are always a concern since I bring an upright and our band is a pretty big one with horns.
