I have one for now, it gets pretty loud! I really like ho full range and punchy it is. I'm deciding whether to get a K210, 2nd K212 or maybe the soon to be available K115 to add to it. I think the one K212 will do for most gigs.

Personally I would look at SPECS over country of origin. I have a Bugera 333xl combo tube amp which I absolutely love, 500$ new for a great combo out of China. For the price it's hard to beat.
I probably won't buy a Bugera cab if/ when I need one and will look for a deal on a nicer used one but if I went for new Bugera might be tempting honestly.
Still have the original everything in my 333xl and it works and sounds great. On day when I upgrade the speakers and tubes I imagine it will sound even more amazing.

I had a Genz Benz Neo 212.....wish I had never sold it....great tone and not too heavy.
RE: the TC K212 cab. I was going to a jam for a few months where the highly respected house bass player who has many recording credits and a bass magazine cover to his name, uses a TC head (BH250 I think) and K212 cabs. Every time I sat in I struggled to hear myself clearly through his rig. I thought it sounds dull and indistinct. I tried boosting mids but could not dial a sound I liked. I suppose it is a combination of both head and cab but I didn't like either and would never consider using TC. I much prefer my GB Shuttlemax or Minimega with Bergs.
Keep the SVT-7 PRO and with the money you save from not buying a new amp, invest in a Bergantino, a Barefaced, or a Schroeder. You might find a deal on one used. I've had the SVT-7 PRO for years and didn't think it was that great until I started using the deep switch and cranking the gain. Brought that sucker to life. Good luck.
I had the GB 212T and the Berg CN212. Both cabs sound great and light. I now have a TC Electronics RS212. Works well and much cheaper. With the RS you can add a seconded cab if need be as they are 8 ohm cabs. Both the Berg and GB are 4 ohm cabs.

One exception I've found is the Mesa Carbines with the GK Neo 12" loaded cabs. The Carbines and GK MB's are very similarly voiced to my ear and I suspect that's why it works so well for me.
I use two GK single 12" cabinets and both have had the original speakers replaced with Eminence speakers in them. The GK Neo speakers did not sound as good or handle the power as well. The cabs are a little heavier, but the tradeoff has been well worth it. If I were buying a new cabinet today I would get the 1000 watt 4 Ohm Avatar 2x12 and call it a day. A buddy of mine has a few different Avatar cabs he uses, including the 2x 12 and they all sound killer.
1 x 12 Ampeg PortaBass w/ built in cart & 4 ohm Black Widow for small to medium gigs. Vintage Fender 2 x 12 w/ EV Pros for medium to larger gigs.
If you can find a vintage Fender 2 x12 and load it with your favorite speakers you'll have a tight, dynamic, and great sounding cab that will out preform any 8 x 10 in it's path. Placed vertically it has a small footprint and the casters make it easy to transport.

i have owned and regularly used a pair of genz benz neox 12's for a couple of years and love them. Great tone: Warm, fat, tight, responsive. They are ported with defeatable tweeters. And super light. there is a 2x12 version as well. They are no longer made but can be found on gc used, pretty regularly, and pretty cheap
