I have two of those three!
That's pretty easy:Okay, just for you: if you could have only three left-handed motorcycles, what would they be?
That's pretty easy:
- my first motorcycle; a 1957 AJS 250;
- a 1973 Ducati 750 Sport; and
- a 1936 police model Indian Chief.
The first 2 had the gear shift and the foot brake on the "wrong" sides. Controls were standardized in 1975, to foot brake on the right; gear shift on the left. The Indian? Police models usually had the throttle on the left handlebar/spark advance on the right; most motorcycles of the time had them the other way 'round. This way, a right handed motor officer could shoot you without taking his gun hand off the throttle...![]()
I believe the official rule is "Total number of basses = greatest number of strings on any bass in your collection".
As an example, if you play a 5 string bass then it's permissible to own 5 basses in total.![]()
I’ve been trying to get down to three for a while and I’m feeling like this might the trio to hang onto.
