3Leaf Audio Club - Episode 2

Missed one also. I wish it held it for you for a few mins when it was added to the basket. I literally can't type my address fast enough for them not to be sold out before I finish (plus I've got paypal configured to require me to enter a code phone my phone before payment for security, so checking out of any site takes me several minutes at least).

Ah well! (I don't have an iphone so apple pay isn't an option)

I like the fact that Spencer is releasing in more regular batches to possibly help with resale gougers, but I don't know that two releases of 50 each in one day is a good idea. I'm curious if "one per customer" applies to both batches of 50 in a day or not. What's to prevent a person from getting one in the a.m. and also in the p.m. batch?

And the thing with the previous one in the cart is a bummer. If next month's release is the Proton, will the Doom 2 stay in carts and keep people from getting those too?

5sg.

I'd say if that happened it would be worthwhile to clear all the cookies / cache before you try for the next batch. Either that, or just use another browser. :)

Edit: Just deleted "Cookies, Cache and Local Data" for 3leaf from Safari. As I realised I added a Doom to see the checkout process, so when protons are out I don't want it hanging about, so hopefully this would have done it? :)

I had my address and data automatically added and my PayPal also logs in automatically, but I was not fast enough. There's no way you could have time to type anything.

I'll remove my mail from their list, it makes no sense to keep an eye on next releases.

Same here. 30 seconds not fast enough. $300 per pedal X 50 is $15000 in 30 seconds? It’s late here but if I’m thinking right , it was a good day for him. $60000 in 1 minute. Obviously, not all profit but still. I’m in the wrong business.

3 Leaf has been around for like 13 or 15 years? He’s getting paid today for all the unpaid development time and efforts spent in the brand through the years.

next release is a proton. That’s what I’m looking forwards to.

POST RELEASE UPDATE

Each wave sold out in less than a minute.

9 orders in the 2nd wave inadvertently ordered 2 pedals due to their shopping cart still having inventory from an attempt during the 1st wave. I had not considered this as a possible consequence of splitting the release into 2 waves (my fault). I am correcting those 9 orders.

The July release will be PROTON.

Going to bed. More thoughts tomorrow.
