4 beasts, one choice...which route do I choose?

Okay, narrowed it down to these basses, and I'm fine with them all, just need to go with one (and all of them are nice, imo):

Bacchus DX5-AC/M
Kinal SKB-5 (correct model name?)
Peavey US Cirrus bolt-on

The Peavey is, by far, the most affordable of the bunch, and it's a US Cirrus...and it's the same color as my car. Also, the owner does indeed have the Peavey, just that he's not around much. I don't mind paying more for the Bacchus or Kinal, aaaaand I need your help to pick one!

**UPDATE: I'm no longer considering the Peavey. The blue Kinal is the priciest, but she's very pretty....**

Funny you say that, as I just missed out on a great orange one for a sweet price, because Carvin messed up and took forever to refund my money from a "meh" bass.

Everything else being equal, I'd definitely go with the Bacchus.

Look for you a used Ibanez SR5005 Prestige. I've owned the Bacchus Woodline custom basses and $5000 Benavente basses and nothing played as good and sounded as good as my Ibanez Prestige.

Both are good. I love old passive Peaveys. The Cirrus is a nice bass. I love MIJ basses and heard allot of good about Bacchus.

Of the 3 links, I like the Kinal the best. But, to me, the feel of a bass is the most important thing. Especially how the neck fits my hand. I would recommend shopping locally and playing something before you put out the money.

I couldn't get the action low enough...was really disappointed with that, especially after having waited over 12 weeks for it.

I've been really impressed with the sound of those Peavey Ciruses (Ciri?) Everytime I've heard one.

I previously owned a Peavey Cirrus (neck through, Japanese built) and it was a monster of an instrument. The action I was able to get out of it was absurd and the sound it produced was very clean. I ended up moving on because I wanted a more aggresive growl than I could get out of it. The best tone I got out of it was modern, clean and, to me, indistinct. To that end I moved to an EBMM Sterling HH, which looks like it may be roughly comparable to that Kinal based on the pickup spacing, although I don't know what the blend/ pick up selection on that Kinal is like. Happy to go on, but I don't know if I can be of any more help without knowing if you're going for a specific tone or just want a new axe.

My favorite tone is hi-fi growl with grand piano clarity and power. I also want a bass that can pretty much cop any tone needed.
