Matteo, I'm not too sure why you see a problem with strings tension. Do you foresee any weakness in the neck? Looking at the measurements you posted earlier it looks perfectly fine and I would expect it to easily handle a heavy gauge. If in doubt, I would have added carbon fiber spars. I think you'll be fine with a standard .40/.100 or .105.
