4th of July Gigs?

Our band played at a place called dougs, it was one of our first gigs we got payed for, actually the second. It was fun for about half the time. Our guitarist, whose name I will not display, was REALLY angry because I wouldnt turn my amp down. Well, you know, I like the actually hear the bass over the drums. So, right in the middle of a song called Freewill and he shoved his guitar head right into my mic before the bass solo. I was really angry because there was MASSIVE feedback, and nobody likes that unless their deaf, right? So, as the gig was done, and I do regret this for later shows, I grabbed his guitar and stomped on it. Man, I was really pissed. He was like "Okay, dickhole, im leaving the band" and, as I was blind with fury "Sure, you f***ing suck anyway" I did mean that though. So now we dont have a rhythm guitarist, but I dont actually see a need for one. We got paid extra because he left, individually I mean. Fun night, fun night.

HE did that in the middle of freewill? That even pisses me off!

Dude, you deserve to have your ass kicked for doing that to his guitar. That being said, if that were my band he would've been fired immediately after the gig. Then when I was done firing him, you would've been the next out the door for your unprofessional actions.

Uh, I thought that the bass was *supposed* to be loud if you're playing Rush covers...shows what that guitard knows!

I played solo acoustic at my good friends wedding ceremony. Out on Odiorne Point in Portsmouth, NH. Beautiful place for a wedding. Right on the ocean. Played some Grateful Dead stuff before the ceremony, Pachabel's Cannon, and instrumental stuff for the ceremony.

Best part was the open bar at the reception
