Nope, the BB605 is a jazz pup bass. The BBN series are soap bars, and I believe 34" and 19 mm spacing.

To be honest, the non matching PUPS just KILLS me lol. I tried a 5502, and i wasn't really into the whole J/MM thing really. I think a j bass is good, and a MM bass is good, but together, just not my cup of tea :/

The MJX Brute doesn't sound like an -02 Lakland.

Look for a used Fender, Roscoe Beck 5 string.
34" scale, 19mm. spacing.
Passive pickups.
One of the better 5ers Fender made. (and of course they stopped making them)
