Actually, if they play in c and u use that tuning they wont get it either. Tune to cgcf.

Why use that tuning? CFBbEb is much more intuitive to me.

I've used a 5 but I'm mostly a 4 guy - the string spacing is nicer...besides, playing a 5 in an indie band IMAGE-WISE would be a bit strange
